Q: How long will it take my order to be dispatched?

A: Here at Morbidia's Secrets, I try my very best to process and dispatch all orders made within 24 hours, but this can be dependent upon the current volume of orders.

Q: What if I order something that's out of stock?

A: If you order an out of stock item, we will contact you to advise you on an estimated stock arrival and dispatch date, or give you the option of a refund.
All stock on Morbidia's Secrets is manually stock checked by myself a minimum of 3 times a week, so please forgive me if I miss an item!

Q: What if I have a product enquiry?

A: If you have seen a product elsewhere which you would like a price quote for, or would like more information on a product you have seen on Morbidia's Secrets, please use the Contact form on the contact page and I try my best to respond within a maximum of 12 hours.

Q: Why do you charge postage when many sites are free?

A: Many online adult stores boast of free postage on their items, but from my experience, this can, on occasion, drive up the overall price of their products, so I find it costs less for both me and the customer to charge a flat rate postage per order.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: As Morbidia's Secrets goes through a large company for orders, but is an independant store, sadly, our returns policy cannot live up to many others.
However, we try our best to work with our Stock Providers to be able to offer you certain terms of service.
Faulty Goods:
Once you have contacted us in regards to returning faulty goods, we will send you information on where and how to return items, and we will exchange the item, or offer you a refund*
Unwanted Goods:
In regards to unwanted goods, items can be returned, but would be subject to a 25% restocking charge, providing all the following terms have been met and confirmed by the Stock Provider:
~ The items must be unused
~ The items must be in their original condition and packaging
~ The items must be received back within 14 days of receiving your items
N.B. If our stockist suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then they reserve the right to return the goods. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
